Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar said on Saturday that the state government of Bihar has launched several programs to make ‘Smart Villages’ in the state so that the people of the village do not need to move to the cities. But the question is that how could a city made ‘smart’ with a “meager” sum of Rs 500 crore.
As per the latest news, the Chandrababu Naidu government has decided to include six municipal towns into smart cities.This decision was taken in state cabinet meeting under the chairmanship of chief minister Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday.
The Municipal Corporation of Ghaziabad will be prepared a new proposal for developing Ghaziabad as a smart city in the third round of the Smart City Mission. The proposal, on which work will begin from Ist January, will be finalized and sent to the Ministry of Union Development by 31st March.
