Under the Narendra Modi government’s flagship scheme–Smart City Mission launched on June 25, 2015, the mission aims to develop 100 smart cities across the country in a five-year period. Municipal Corporation and Consultant firm have finalized Smart City Proposal. On Friday this proposal will be sent to the Union Urban Development Ministry. After several amendments, the final proposal of 2822 crores has been prepared.
